Guten Tag. Today we’re off to the Swiss Alps to enjoy the glacial valleys, amazing chocolate and perhaps a bit of Roger Federer (all at once? It’s the dream…)

It’s always exciting times when OPI release a new collection and this one’s a real doozy. This is a 12 colour collection so it’s their biggest one for the year and it is packed full of amazing winter jewel tones. It hits shelves in David Jones on August 7th.

There are 6 crèmes and 6 metallics in this fabulous collection – the crèmes are predominately warm reds with one blue, while the metallics are a real mixed bag of cool shades.

I’m a little surprised that there are so many reds when we know that OPI traditionally release a handful of reds at Christmas, but I think most bases are covered and there is something for everyone. I have been road testing a mix of metallics and crèmes, and I’m really impressed so far. Will post swatches next week!
